All tickets are sold on a first come-first served basis with priority entry to Season Pass holders. If capacity has not been reached with online sales at time of opening, we will continue to sell admission tickets at the front gate.

The Chesapeake Beach Water Park has a no refund policy. All sales are final. Admission purchases are transferrable to another operational day. The park may be closed with little notice at the discretion of Park Management due to inclement weather or other circumstances. In the instance of a park closure, please contact sales@chesapeakebeachwaterpark.com to transfer your ticket to another day. In the event that the park closes and you have been in attendance at the park for less than 3 hours, a Rain Check will be issued for you to return another day. You must have your receipt to receive the Rain Check.
